Ranking Methodology

Recognizing Consistency

A championship is an important achievement, but sustained competitiveness also matters. The developing ranking model considers repeated participation, competitive records, championship appearances and recent results.

Teams without historical championship titles can still earn strong positions through consistent results and competitive performance. In the separate official regional rating system, all teams begin at 1,500 and develop their ratings through verified games.

The provisional model will be replaced with verified inputs before official publication.
