For championship tournaments and featured competition, 5x5 Football prefers a field size of approximately 76 yards long by 30 yards wide.
Field dimensions may be adjusted depending on park space, facility availability, and tournament logistics while preserving the integrity of the format.

Preferred full field length of approximately 76 yards including end zones.
Width
Preferred field width of approximately 30 yards sideline to sideline.
Zones
Includes end zones, red zones, midfield line-to-gain markers, and no-run zones.
No-Run Zones
No-run zones are designed to preserve the spacing, passing, and strategic style of 5x5 Football.
Inside designated no-run areas, offenses must advance the ball using a legal forward pass. Designed rushing plays and handoff runs are not permitted.
